Adjust how this site tracks you, opt out of targeted advertising, and exercise your privacy rights under Indiana, California, Nevada, and EU law — all in one place.

1. Cookie & Tracking Preferences
Toggle which categories of cookies and tracking technologies we use on this device. Changes save when you click Save Preferences. Your previous selection is remembered between visits unless you clear your browser data.
Essential Cookies ALWAYS ON
Required for the site to function: keeping forms working, remembering your privacy choices on this page, and Cloudflare's bot-protection cookies that keep our site secure. These cannot be turned off.
Analytics Cookies
Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can fix what's broken: Google Analytics 4 (page views, traffic sources) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session recordings and heatmaps). We only use these for site improvement — not advertising.
Marketing Cookies (Targeted Advertising)
Power our Google Ads and remarketing campaigns — the ads you see for our shop on other websites after visiting us. Sets cookies like _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, NID, IDE. Disabling this stops us from showing you remarketing ads, but you'll still see generic Google ads elsewhere.
⚙️ Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends a Sec-GPC header (an industry-standard "do not sell or share" signal sent by browsers like Brave, DuckDuckGo, and Firefox extensions), we will automatically treat your visit as if you opted out of Marketing cookies and targeted advertising — even before you click anything on this page. This honors California CCPA/CPRA § 1798.135 and aligns with the Indiana CDPA's universal-opt-out provision when it takes effect January 1, 2026.

2. California: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our position: We do not sell personal information for money. However, we do "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes when you have Marketing cookies enabled (Google Ads remarketing tags pass identifiers to Google). The CCPA treats this as a "sale/share" you can opt out of.
You can also submit a verifiable opt-out request via Section 4 below. We will honor it within 15 business days.
3. Indiana: Your Rights Under the Indiana CDPA (Effective January 1, 2026)
The Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (Indiana Code § 24-15) gives Indiana residents these rights:
- Right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access it.
- Right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
- Right to delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you.
- Right to portability — receive a copy of your data in a portable, readable format.
- Right to opt out of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) sale of personal data, and (iii) profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- Right to appeal any denial of a request, with a response within 60 days.
Indiana law gives us 45 days to respond, with one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary. We will tell you if we need the extension.
4. Submit a Privacy Rights Request
Use this form to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt-out beyond what the toggles above already do. We need to verify you are who you say you are before fulfilling certain requests — that step protects you from someone else making changes to your data.
